New Trial For NE Texas Man Results In Plea Bargain

A Northeast Texas man whose two life sentences plus 20 years for child sexual abuse were overturned by the Sixth Court of Appeals has reached a plea bargain with prosecutors. The court accepted 62-year-old Donald Harrell’s guilty plea to a single-count of Injury to a Child and was sentenced to ten years in prison.
