The embezzlement trial of the former North Lamar Education Foundation treasurer has been delayed. 54 year old Leah Pursifull is accused of stealing more than $100,000 from the foundation, which provides scholarships to North Lamar students. Another trial date has not yet been set. Pursifull faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
