NLHS CX Debate To Compete At State

 North Lamar’s Cross Examination Debate team will head to Austin March 16-17 to compete at the 2018 CX State Meet after sweeping the UIL District 14 AAAA CX Tournament on Tuesday at Region 8 ESC in Pittsburg, Texas.

          Pictured and placing first, beginning left, is the team of Zach Huffman and Colin Hodgkiss followed by the second place team of Mason Remaley and Katie Hodgkiss.  Both teams advanced to state and Hodgkiss earned Best Speaker of the meet. Wrapping up in third place and named alternate to state is the team of Isabella Lo Cicero and Garrett Holzwarth (not pictured).
