No Change Of Venue For Guyger Trial

A Dallas County judge has denied a motion for a change of venue made by attorneys for former Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger and the murder trial remain in Dallas. Guyger is accused of murdering Botham Jean in his own apartment. She told investigators she thought it was her apartment and she believed Jean to be an intruder. Testimony in the trial begins Monday.
