No Charges Likely In Fatal Hunting Accident

Harrison County Sheriff Brandon Fletcher says he does not expect an arrest in the hunting accident that killed an 11-year-old girl Saturday afternoon. Daisy Grace Lynn George was shot by her father with a high-powered rifle just east of Hallsville in what Fletcher called “a tragic accident.” Fletcher’s department is working with Texas Parks and Wildlife game wardens in the investigation.
