North Lamar Athletic Booster Club will host a BBQ dinner on Friday, September 21, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the R. L. Maddox Stadium parking lot. The cost for a Scholl’s BBQ sandwich, chips, drink, and snack is $5.00. The NL Panthers will face the Jefferson Bulldogs beginning at 7:30 p.m. with a halftime show performed by the North Lamar Panther Band and Colorguard.
The Homecoming activities will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a pep rally in the NLHS gym. A parade will follow at 10:00 that will make its way through the North Lamar campus for all the students and fans to see. Later from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m., all NL alumni are invited to an alumni reception in the Stone Middle School cafeteria. Those interested in attending are encouraged to register online at www.northlamar.net. The Queen Coronation will be at 7:00 p.m. before the kickoff.
