North Lamar High School Crime Stoppers Bring Home State Awards

North Lamar seniors Bailey Fowler and Melody Shannon hold awards won at the State Crime Stoppers Conference.

North Lamar High School Crime Stoppers was successful in representing Lamar County this week at the Texas Student Crime Stoppers Conference held in Houston. North Lamar received the State Best Social Media Award that was prepared by Bailey Fowler. Melody Shannon was named the Student Crime Stoppers Board Member of the Year for the State of Texas. Sponsors for the NLHS Crime Stopper are NL Chief of Police Mike Boaz, Angela Shannon, and Kendal Kirk.
