North Lamar Sets Valentine Delivery Criteria

Valentine’s Day is always a big day for area businesses as people place orders to send to that particular person. At North Lamar, campus gyms and cafeterias turn into a showplace of affection full of flower bouquets, balloons, candy, and the like. This year to follow North Lamar’s health and safety guidelines, all campuses are setting Valentine delivery hours on every campus for Friday, February 12, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

“We are asking anyone making Valentine purchases or deliveries to North Lamar students to deliver them before noon on February 12,” said NL Public Relations Director Carla Coleman. “Not only will this help our staff notify students and organize deliveries, but it will also minimize non-emergency drop-offs as established in North Lamar’s Re-Entry Plan for COVID-19. Valentine’s Day is a big day for businesses, and we want to make sure that this holiday continues to be one of their best by having customers plan ahead.”
