North Texas Gang Member Executed For Double Murder

The US Supreme Court rejected appeals from 31-year-old Fort Worth gang member Erick Davila about 15 minutes before he was scheduled for lethal injection Wednesday evening. Davilla was put to death for killing 48-year-old Annette Stevenson and her five-year-old granddaughter, Queshawn Stevenson at a birthday party ten years ago.
