North Texas Man Executed

A 41-year-old North Texas man was executed by lethal injection Wednesday night for murdering his great aunt 22 years ago. A court condemned Quintin Jones, of Fort Worth, for beating 83-year-old Berthena Bryant to death with a baseball bat because she refused to give him money. He was the first inmate executed in Texas in ten months.
