North Texas Men Arrested By Cumby Officer

Two Garland men have been arrested by Cumby police after they were stopped for driving in the left lane without passing and having a defective tail light. A subsequent search of their vehicle turned up a large amount of marijuana, ecstasy, drug paraphernalia, and $4500 in cash. Austin Olly Kethvong and Juan Carlos Banda, both 18 face multiple felony drug charges. Bond for Kethvong was set at $66,000,  Banda  was released after posting at $65,000 bond. Mug shots were not available.
