North Texas Probation Officer Headed To Federal Prison

A North Texas probation officer who pleaded guilty in federal court to extorting cash from Spanish-speaking immigrants after threatening deportation has been sentenced. David Delgado, 35, of Dallas, was sentenced to three years in prison and must repay $2,900.
