Northeast Texas Attorney Jailed

Texas Rangers arrested a Northeast Texas criminal defense attorney on drug-related charges. Reportedly, 49-year-old Bryan Simmons, of Atlanta, was booked into the Cass County Jail after an investigation into allegations made by inmates that he had been delivering drugs. He was charged with one count of delivery of a controlled substance into a penal facility.
