Northeast Texas Man Guilty Of Aggravated Sexual Assault Of Child

A man charged with forcibly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl has pleaded guilty in New Boston to aggravated sexual assault of a child. Gary Tanner Royal, who was 18 when the crime was committed, has asked that District Judge Jeff Addison determine his punishment. Sexual misconduct charges against Royal involving three other girls remain pending.
