Not Guilty Plea In Hunt County Agg Assault

Jessica Christine Newby, 26, has pleaded not guilty in Hunt County to indictments for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Evading Arrest with a vehicle. She allegedly caused several accidents while fleeing from Greenville Police. She also alleged hit one man with her vehicle. She is being held in the Hunt County Jail on $40,000 bond and no bond on Collin County warrants.
