Sherman vs. Singapore is over. Texas Instruments manufacturing plant will build a 4.7 million-square-foot plant in Sherman. It will be the most significant electronic production facility in the state and among the largest manufacturing plants in the country. IT will hire 3,200 employees of all backgrounds as a result.
