New York State Troopers have reopened a cold case murder with ties to Northeast Texas. Three decades ago, 31-year-old Terri Kay Roark’s body was found on the side of the highway between Albany and Saratoga and her death was ruled a homicide. She was last seen leaving a mental health facility in Oklahoma, but her last known address was in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.
