Officials Round Up Missing Inmate

The suspect, Kylon Chevon Clark, 20, of Hooks, who escaped deputies in the Bi-State Justice Building last Wednesday, was taken into custody in Hooks a few hours later. Deputies were transferring inmates when Clark ran.
