OKC Fugitive Captured In Hugo

U.S. Marshals arrested an Oklahoma City fugitive in Hugo. Authorities are accusing 22-year-old Joel Medina of shooting with intent to kill and kidnapping. The crimes allegedly occurred in Oklahoma City.
