Oklahoma is pushing ahead on medical marijuana after voters approved one of the least restrictive laws in the country. But the health department has tacked on two additional requirements. The Oklahoma Board of Health said the state won’t allow the sale of smokable cannabis, and dispensaries must have a pharmacist on staff.
