By a vote of 94-1, the Oklahoma House of Representatives passed a bill Wednesday prohibiting the use of e-cigs and vaping in public places. The measure would include marijuana, electronic cigarettes and vaping devices in the definition of “smoking” in the Smoking in Public Places and Indoor Workplaces Act.
