Oklahoma Budget Bill Heads To Governor, Includes Teacher Raise

The Oklahoma Senate has given final approval to an $8.1 billion spending bill. The funding will go to various state agencies for the fiscal year beginning July 1, The measure includes a five percent boost for public schools and money for another teacher pay raise.
