Oklahoma Ex-Zookeeper “Joe Exotic” Sentenced To Over 20 Years In Murder-For-Hire Plot

Former zoo-keeper Joseph Maldonado-Passage, better known as “Joe Exotic,” was sentenced Wednesday to 22 years in federal prison, nine years each for murder for hire plots and four years for wildlife violations. He was the former front-man for the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park in Garvin County. He had previously run for Governor of Oklahoma and President of the United States.
