Oklahoma Governor Angers Two Groups

Oklahoma’s Republican Governor Mary Fallin has managed to anger gun and gay rights groups on the same day. She vetoed a bill that would have allowed adults to carry handguns without a permit and signed another that permits religious organizations to exclude same-sex couples from adoptions. The NRA blasted her for the gun veto and an LGBT group said it would sue the state over the adoption law.
