Oklahoma Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Baby, Sharing Video Arrested In Texas

U.S. Marshals in San Marcos arrested Brice Watkins, 22-year-old, an Enid, Oklahoma fugitive wanted for sexually assaulting a baby. Officials are also accusing Watkins of sending two videos of the assault to two people on Facebook. He’s charged with multiple offenses, including distributing child pornography, manufacturing child pornography, and three counts of lewd acts with a child under age 12.
