Oklahoma Man Drowns In Atoka County Reservoir

Oklahoma Highway Patrol Search crews recovered a man’s body after drowning in Dolese’s Rock Quarry in Atoka County. Authorities say 20-year-old Elijah Moore attempted to swim across the 400-yard wide quarry around 1:00 pm Saturday. They recovered his body using sonar by Lake Patrol and dive teams around 5:00 pm Saturday.
