Oklahoma Man Indicted For Making Online Porn Using Child From Royse City

A Hunt County grand jury has indicted an Oklahoma man for allegedly using a Royse City child under the age of 14 in the production and promotion of child pornography. Reportedly, 28-year-old Phillip Terrell Mendoza, of Madill, is being held in the Hunt County Detention Center under $300,000 bond.
