Oklahoma Prosecutor Resigns After DWI Arrest

An Assistant District Attorney for the 20th Judicial District in Oklahoma has resigned after her arrest by the Highway Patrol for DWI. They had temporarily suspended Jessica Underwood after her arrest. The 20th Judicial District includes Carter, Love, Murray, Marshall, and Johnston Counties in Oklahoma.
