Oklahoma Robbery Suspect Shot Fleeing Scene

Oklahoma State Troopers shot and killed a suspect Wednesday night who was reportedly fleeing from a shoplifting incident at a McAlester liquor store. The deceased suspect was identified as 35-year-old Mark Anson Schoggins. One trooper suffered minor injuries and the incident is under investigation. The two troopers are on administrative leave.
