Oklahoma Woman Dies In Skydiving Accident

While skydiving in Eastern Oklahoma, Heather Glasgow, 44,  of Poteau, was killed after a tandem jump before the solo jump in which she fell to her death. Witnesses say her chute opened, but she was spinning and did not recover before hitting the ground near the Arkansas state line in Sallisaw.
