One Dead, Nine Injured At Texarkana Halloween Party

Texarkana, Texas Police responded to several reports of shots fired at a party venue on Texas Blvd and found at least ten people suffering from gunshot wounds. A 21-year-old man died in the shooting. The wounded were transported to hospitals by ambulance, patrol car, and private vehicle and had non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect, 21-year-old Keuntae McElroy of Texarkana, AR, surrendered to police and multiple charges are pending.
