One Dead After Single Vehicle Hopkins County Crash

A Hopkins County man was killed Sunday afternoon in a 1 vehicle crash on FM 269 about 3 miles north of PIckton. State troopers report that 59-year-old Stephen F. Sherman of PIckton was northbound when he ran off the road, struck a culvert and overturned. He was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead by JP Brad Cummings.
