A fatal East Texas crash remains under investigation. Dead at the scene of the wreck on I-20 near Marshall was 64-year-old Arthur Eugene Ford, of North Richland Hills. State Troopers say his tractor-trailer rig ended up in the median and rolled over on its side. It then caught fire.
