One Dead In Henderson County Crash

An East Texas man has died after his vehicle was rear-ended by a pickup on Hwy 31 near Murchison in Henderson County. State Troopers say 75 year old Charles Lee Gifford of Brownsboro was transported to ETMC in Athens after the crash where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the pickup was identified as 35 year old Joseph King of Tyler. The crash is under investigation.
