One Dead, One Critical After East Texas Stabbings

Authorities are investigating after a woman was found dead in Kilgore and man was seriously injured. When officers arrived on the scene, they found 24 year old Maria Carolina Alveraz deceased from a large cut wound to her neck and 27 year old  Juan C. Vazquez suffering from cuts to his neck and wrist and several stab wounds to his torso. No suspects have been identified and the investigation continues.
