One Dead, One In Custody After Intentional Crash

Greenville Police Officers worked a significant vehicle crash in the 3100-block of I-30 frontage road. It involved multiple vehicles. A state trooper and others witnessed the collision and reported that a suspect intentionally rammed the victim’s car. A male passenger in the victim’s vehicle succumbed to injuries, and they transported the driver to a hospital in the Metroplex. Officers arrested Nicklas Allen Gagliardi of Point for murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in addition to outstanding warrants from Denton, Tarrant, and Bryan counties.
