One Dead, One Seriously Injured In Texarkana

Police are investigating after they found a man shot to death and a woman injured at a Texarkana duplex after the couple’s children came from school and couldn’t get inside. After the landlord unlocked the door, officers discovered the dead man and wounded woman. Officer say someone fatally shot the man, and paramedics hospitalized the woman with serious injuries.
