A 28-year-old man is being held in the Hopkins County Jail on first-degree felony drug violations. Munsel Jamal Calhoun is charged with possession of more than 200 but less than 400 grams of a Penalty Group I Controlled Substance. He is also charged with Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence. No bond has been set and the investigation is continuing
