A Falls County Deputy was killed and the Riesel (REE-zuhl) Police Chief was critically injured when a car struck them as they aided a motorist. State Troopers say Deputy Matt Jones and Chief Danny Krumnow were helping a motorist when another car hydroplaned on the rain-slick highway and slid into them.
