Oregon Fugitive Arrested in Fannin County

Fannin County deputies have arrested an Oregon woman on fugitive warrants for interference with child custody. 24 year old Jessica Brown of Eugene is awaiting extradition back to Oregon. Deputies found Brown’s child a few houses away from where she was arrested, and placed her in CPS custody.
