OSBI Investigates McCurtain County Officer Involved Shooting

Authorities are investigating after McCurtain County deputies fatally shot an Arkansas man. The OSBI says it happened near the town of Tom. OSBI investigators have identified the man shot by the deputies as 32 year old Devin Hawkins of Foreman. He was shot after he allegedly pointed a gun and fired once at the sheriff. No one else was injured.
