OSBI Investigating After Choctaw County Jail Inmate Found Hanged in Cell

The OSBI is investigating after an inmate in the Choctaw County Jail was found hanged in his cell. 29-year-old James Legros Jr. of New Hampshire had been arrested last week for public intoxication and was in a holding cell by himself. Legros was only supposed to be held for 48 hours but due to his condition he was kept in his cell and checked on every 30 minutes. Authorities say he may have been under the influence of a bath salt type substance.
