OSBI Submits Report On Hugo Hit-And-Run

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) has submitted the results of its investigation and evidence into the death of a Tulsa man to the Choctaw County District Attorney. Emanuel Churchwell, 27, was killed in a Hit-and-Run crash. Churchwell’s body was found in a section of tall grass on an empty lot in Hugo. District Attorney Mark Matloff is expected to file charges in the near future.
