Paris Arrest Warrant Nets Two Arrests

Paris Police officers responded to a residence in the 2000 block of Bonham St in reference to a warrant arrest. Officers located 35 year old Brandi Ballard, of Paris, who had an outstanding felony probation warrant. Ballard was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Also arrested at the scene was 42 year old Elmer Don Culp, Jr.. Culp was found to have a felony warrant out of Comanche County for possession of a controlled substance and a felony warrant out of Lamar County for theft. Both were later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
