Paris Balloon And Music Festival

Friday through Sunday (Sep 10-12), the Paris Balloon and Music Association will present the Paris Balloon and Music Festival at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds. A Balloon Launch will take place Saturday & Sunday mornings, weather permitting, and the Balloon-Glows will be Friday and Saturday nights at dusk. The Main Stage will feature live music, and there will be a carnival and Kids Zone. The Market Place will have a variety of vendors as well as food trucks. There is no alcohol served.
