Paris City Council $1 Mil Offer For New Business

The Paris City Council has offered a more than $1 million incentive package in an effort to attract American Spiral Weld to the city.  If the company chooses Paris for it’s new location, it would bring an initial investment of $90 million to the area, as well as at least 100 new jobs.
