Paris City Council Approves Wastewater Treatment Plant Renovation

The Paris City Council plans for a $60 million wastewater treatment plant to move forward for an improvement project. Plans call for substantial hikes in the sewer rates beginning in April and the sale of $46 million in Certificates of Obligation. The two-phase construction project starts in August of 2022.
