Paris City Council Approves Zoning Change

The Paris City Council has approved a zoning change that could allow a new apartment complex to be built in the city.  13 acres at 1240 20th St. N.E. has been rezoned from single-family to multi-family. The property is owned by Jerry and Lynda Stephens.
