Paris City Council Cancels $1 Fee Added To Cable Bills

The Paris City Council has canceled a $1 per subscriber fee that has been added to cable bills. About $600,000 has accumulated since the collection of the fee began between eight to nine years ago. The council will now decide what to do with the surplus funds.
