Paris City Council Meets Monday 10.25

The Paris City Council meets Monday night in regular session and should approve a three-month study of traffic flow around the plaza. They are conducting the study because of a change from traffic lights to stop signs. TxDOT and the city traffic commission recommended the study. It’s the first step in implementing two-way traffic on the plaza in a plan by the Toole Design Group, which had renovated the downtown square in Sulphur Springs.
